"Our problem with the hotel was really unavoidable. The hotel was under construction, so there were detours all over the place. The room was nice, however. The customer service was great."

A comfortable, quality hotel, this Courtyard is five miles from downtown Birmingham. The hotel's restaurant is open for breakfast--local restaurants will deliver for dinner. The property has an outdoor pool and whirlpool, cocktail lounge, guest laundry facilities (or valet laundry), free parking, and safe deposit boxes. The following attractions are within six miles or less of the hotel: Birmingham Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Civil Rights Institute, Jefferson Civic Center, and the Museum of Art. Each large guest room features a work desk with lamp, telephone with voice mail, data port, satellite television with in-room movies, newspaper (delivered weekdays), in-room coffee, and an iron/ironing board.
