"The only problem I had was that I couldn't get a receipt for my stay. This was very important to me since I was there because I had an appointment at the UAB medical center, and need a receipt to turn in to my insurance company for traveling expenses. I will have to see if they can take the confirmation I got from the internet when I booked. I don't understand why the clerk could not have printed me a receipt."
